I offroad raced my pardners 97 yukon with ZZ4 with flame heads. And they performed identically. With the ZZ4 being a 130 horses higher . I think a lots has to do with chips. The LT1 kmember can be reused for your LS1 swap but you will have to reuse or purchase new LT1 motor mounts and use a modded plate or one from Trans Dap.
